My first order included a wide selection of cookie jars and classic cupcakes, ranging from Oatmeal Raisin and Chocolate Candy to Birthday Cake and Cotton Candy. From the moment I opened the box, I could smell the delicious aroma of freshly baked cookies and cupcakes. The color and texture of each treat was perfect, and they all tasted as good as they looked.For the cookie-jar selection, I found that the Oatmeal Raisin was a great balance of sweet and savory, while the Chocolate Candy had just the right amount of sweetness. The Psychedelic Sugar was probably my favorite out of all the cookies, as the crunchy shortbread cookie went perfectly with the sweet and tangy frosting. And the Sprinkle Sundae was a great sweet ending to the selection, as it reminded me of a classic birthday cake with itsvanilla flavor and rainbow sprinkles.The cupcakes were equally impressive. The Birthday Cake cupcake was a classic, with its moist vanilla cake and fluffy white frosting. The Chocolate Birthday Cake was like a dream, with fluffy chocolate cake and creamy chocolate frosting. The Chocolate Rasberry gave a unique twist to the usual chocolate cupcake, and I couldn’t help but indulge in the rich flavor of the Red Velvet. Even the Cookies and Cream cupcake provided a pleasant surprise, with its unique combination of sweet and salty.Apart from their delicious taste, I was most impressed with the freshness of Original Crumbs products. Despite the fact that they are made out of state, I found that my treats stayed fresh for up to 21 days and shipped within the same day for orders within 100 miles of NYC. This was huge for me, as I don’t always have the time to make treats myself.
