When will my product ship?
Our freshly baked made to order cupcakes are shipped on Mondays & Wednesdays. Our boxes typically arrive in 1-2 days after it ships.
What do I do if my delivery is late or delayed?
We do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time. However, once a package ships, there are factors out of our control that may come up and cause a late or delay in delivery. If your order is delayed due to one of these outside factors, please contact us below or via the chat in the bottom right corner.
What is my tracking number?
You should receive Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships.
