When did CRUMBS relaunch?
The idea to relaunch CRUMBS was hatched during the pandemic as we found ourselves nostalgic for happier times and the simpler and sweeter things in life. We took our time figuring out what would be the best way to bring it back for our fans.
How is it different now?
There are no CRUMBS retail stores, but now you can get our famous cupcakes and new cookie jar line shipped to your door within days, hours or even minutes. Through this new model of online ordering and local delivery we can reunite our fans with CRUMBS wherever they may be all over the country.
Where are your stores?
There are no CRUMBS retail stores, our new cookie jar line and famous cupcakes can be ordered in single-flavors or in mix-and-match variety packs on our website www.originalcrumbs.com. We are especially excited to announce that the new CRUMBS retail line of cupcakes and cookies will be on grocery store shelves really soon at a supermarket near you.
Who owns CRUMBS?
We are Mia and Jason Bauer and we are the original founders of CRUMBS Bakeshop. After a 10 year hiatus we have bought CRUMBS back and are now relaunching with the same passion and commitment (and heart) that we brought to our very first store in 2003.
Are the cupcakes the same recipe as before?
Yes, the cupcakes are the same CRUMBS you know and love. They taste exactly as you remember but with even better ingredients.

How can I get CRUMBS cupcakes and cookies?
We are available in the fresh bakery section in supermarkets including Shoprite, Gristedes, D'Agostino and Westside Markets. Keep and eye out as CRUMBS expands into local supermarkets around the country. You can also suggest a supermarket near you on our website under RETAILERS.
Order online at www.originalcrumbs.com. Order for yourself or send a treat to someone else. We offer nationwide shipping to all states excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
When will my order ship?
Our freshly baked made to order cupcakes are shipped Monday through Wednesday each week.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S. (not available in Alaska or Hawaii).
Do you offer international shipping?
Not at this time.
When will my delivery arrive?

Can I make a change to my order?
You can make a change to your order as long as it is before the order is shipped. We do our very best to accommodate all requests. Please be sure to double check all order information before submitting your order. If the order has shipped all orders are final.
Can you fix or change the address if I input it wrong?
Yes, we can update the address for your order, as long as you contact us at least 24 hours before the order is set to ship.
What do I do if my delivery is late or delayed?
We do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time. However, once a package ships, there are factors out of our control that may come up and cause a late or delay in delivery. If your order is delayed due to one of these outside factors, please contact hello@originalcrumbs.com.
Can I return or exchange my purchase?
Our cupcakes and cookies are perishable, and we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
I’m sending this as a gift, can I include a gift note?
Yes, you will be prompted to include a gift note when you place your order.
How does CRUMBS get shipped?
All CRUMBS products are packed safely in custom packaging, then packed in a cute, decorated CRUMBS box. That box is then placed into another outer box that is lined with coolers and gel packs to keep all products safe during shipping.
Can I place a corporate or wholesale order?
Yes! Please see our corporate gifting page or email us at hello@originalcrumbs.com to make arrangements for large orders.
What type of payment does CRUMBS accept?
For online orders, we accept credit cards (Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover), PayPal, and Apple Pay.

How are CRUMBS cupcakes and cookies packaged?
Signature size cupcakes come packed in our 2pack boxes that keep our cupcakes so fresh! Soon, we will add a 25-pack mini cupcake pack which will be available online and through local delivery partners. Each cupcake sits in its own little slot within the pack, so they won’t get damaged! Our cookies are packed in the cutest plastic cookie jar you have ever seen!!
How long do CRUMBS cupcakes and cookies stay fresh?
We bake fresh daily so we recommend that if you are not eating your cupcakes the same day you bring them home that you put them in the refrigerator if you will be eating them within a day or in the freezer if it’s going to be more than one day. If you want to go the extra mile you can even wrap the box in plastic wrap to make sure no air gets in at all but this is not necessary. When you are ready to enjoy them, let them thaw to room temperature! They will stay fresh up to 5 days at room temperature, 10 days if refrigerated, and 9 months if frozen.
Cookies will stay fresh for 120 days in their cookie jars and 9 months if frozen.
How do I know which cupcakes are which flavors?
You will receive a card inside your box which describes each flavor.
Why is there condensation on my cupcakes?
This is completely normal as cupcakes start to thaw from the gel packs in the shipping box!
What do I do if my cupcakes are damaged?
Please email us at support@originalcrumbs.com and we will do everything we can to address the problem.
Do your cupcakes and cookies contain trans fats?
CRUMBS cupcakes and cookies do not contain trans fats.
Are CRUMBS cupcakes and cookies nut-free?
All of our flavors are nut-free, but please note that our facilities are not nut free.
